Phil Golding - Managing Director

Phil has a track record of refocusing training and employability programmes so they are simple to use for employers.

At Supplytrain, Phil oversees the day to day running of the business and provides impartial advice to employers looking to develop young people. 

Maggie Fowler - Finance Director

Maggie founded Supplytrain to help employers better understand the financial benefits of employing and training young people. She now oversees Supplytrain’s financial operations. 

Maggie has had long career in financial management including senior finance roles in further and higher education institutions.

David Hinton - Director of Impact and Innovation

David is an entrepreneur and business consultant with expertise in welfare to work, vocational training and purpose led business models.

His role is to make sure Supplytrain’s services are simple to use, value for money and delivering real value to both employers and young people.

Sarah Andrews - Employability Manager

Sarah leads on our employability programmes at Supplytrain. Her background is in careers advice and guidance previously responsible for quality at National Careers Service National Contact Centre.

Sarah is a qualified Primary teacher and holds a Level 4 in Careers Advice and Guidance.

Fiz Lauer Deaves - Finance Manager

Fiz is a qualified and chartered management accountant with 20 years’ experience in finance roles across a range of sectors. 

At Supplytrain she manages accounts and financial reporting.

 

Caelie Hawkins - Project Manager

Caelie leads on our implementation and improvement programme for our Kickstart services.

Caelie is a business consultant specialising in scaling business process and operations through planned growth phases. She has a background in commercial finance and petroleum

Sam White - Employer Support Team

Sam works directly with our employer partners helping them create and deliver outstanding work and learning opportunities for young people.

Sam recently completed a degree in business studies which included a 12-month management placement in industry. Prior to this Sam worked at an insurance contact centre.

Benji Thomas - Employer Support Team

Benji works directly with our employer partners helping them create and deliver outstanding work and learning opportunities for young people.

Benji has a first class degree in fine art from Loughborough and experience in journalism.

Rufus Law - Employer Support Team

Rufus works directly with our employer partners helping them create and deliver outstanding work and learning opportunities for young people.

Since completing college Rufus has worked in retail and manufacturing and aims to return to education to undertake a degree in computing.

Demi Saunders - Employer Support Team

Demi works directly with our employer partners helping them create and deliver outstanding work and learning opportunities for young people.

Demi has a background in hospitality and a level 2 in travel and tourism.

Joanna Balneaves - Employer Support Team

Joanna works directly with our employer partners helping them create and deliver outstanding work and learning opportunities for young people.

Joanna is an experienced administrator having worked in corporate recruitment roles as well as at the Department for Work and Pensions.

Chris Worswick - Career Coach

Chris supports young people through their Kickstart placements providing careers advice and guidance supporting their long-term career goals.

Chris is a level 7 qualified careers adviser with experience working with young people in higher and further education.

Megan Edwards - Career Coach

Megan supports young people through their Kickstart placements providing careers advice and guidance supporting their long-term career goals.

Megan is a qualified Secondary school teacher with experience working in vocational learning settings.

Ciara Humphries - Career Coach

Ciara supports young people through their Kickstart placements providing careers advice and guidance supporting their long-term career goals.

Ciara has a background in international recruitment specialising in technical engineering and development roles.

Anna Thornley - Career Coach

She is a generalist human resources consultant more recently specialising in workplace mediation.

Ciara is a skilled employment adviser with experience of working with young people and lone parents supporting them into work.
