What are T Level industry placements?

Many small businesses and charities want an extra pair of hands around the office, but don’t always have the finances to employ someone suitable. Other organisations want to develop a more diverse talent pipeline or struggle to recruit to their apprenticeship roles.

Similar to a Kickstart placement, a Traineeship or an Internship – T Level industry placements allow you to offer work to a committed young person for an extended period of time without paying wages.
