We work in partnership with training providers, employer bodies and other stakeholders that want to connect people to employment and training.
Commissioned projects
We are experts at running projects and delivering consultancy services that connect people with employment and training.
We pride ourselves on our ability to find new ways of working and speaking in a language employers understand. We always go the extra mile to help our clients to exceed their objectives and delivery targets.
If you want to market your training provision to employers, subcontract delivery or help particular groups of young people back into work then we’d love to discuss collaborating with you.
Why not give us a call to tell us about your project?
If we think we can help, we’ll say so. If not, we’ll signpost you to other organisations that we think would be a great partner for you.
Some of our projects

T Level industry placement engagement – DfE
Supplytrain is an official T Level Growth Partner for the Department for Education. We are commissioned to provide free, impartial support to small and medium size businesses interesting in offering T Level industry placements. We market to employers, explain how industry placements work and signpost them to the most appropriate T Level provider in their area. Visit the T Level Gateway for details.

Flexi-job apprenticeship agency – MYCCI
Supplytrain ran a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA) pilot in partnership with the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MYCCI). We designed a bespoke platform that supported employer engagement, contracting, payroll, timesheet processes and pastoral support to make it as ease as possible for businesses to offer apprenticeships. Visit chamber talent for details.

The Education Landscape – Gatsby Foundation
Supplytrain was commissioned through SDN to write employer-focused blogs and case studies for the Gatsby Foundation’s Education Landscape campaign. The campaign ran in partnership with the FSB, IoD, CBI and British Chambers of Commerce to help SMEs better understand how to use education provision to develop talent.

Kickstart consultancy and gateway set up – various partners
Supplytrain ran the largest Kickstart gateway in the South-East, yet our work supporting social mobility through Kickstart jobs didn’t stop there. We also provided set up support to help other Kickstart gateways deliver. Partners included Social Enterprise Kent, Eastbourne Chamber of Commerce and West London Business.

Apprenticeship portal – Salisbury Chamber of Commerce
Apprenticeships in Salisbury is a web-portal developed by Supplytrain. Unlike the Find an Apprenticeship Service – that shows a snapshop in time of current vacancies – the portal allows young people to see all the businesses that offer apprenticeships annually in their town, and know when and where to apply.

Skills Support for the Unemployed – DWP
Supplytrain support training providers to deliver Skills Support for the Unemployed (SSU) programmes. We work with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to setup Sector-based Work Academies Programmes (SWAPs) and provide employers that will offer a guaranteed interview. Contact us for further details.

Apprenticeship toolkits – Local Enteprise Networks (LEPs)
Supplytrain was commissioned through SDN to write the content for Apprenticeship Toolkits. These toolkits were localised for 22 LEPs in England to help local businesses understand the business and social mobility benefits of offering apprenticeships. Download the South East LEP’s apprenticeship toolkit to learn more.

We are a social enterprise that helps employers to create fairer routes into work.
